Yes. Russian or American prep is available, but always performed safely and intentionally. That said, I prefer Russian manicure because of it's clean look and how it prevents hang nails and picking.

Yes, when performed by someone trained in correct e-file technique and sterilization. Russian prep allows for incredibly clean cuticles and longer-lasting gel, but it must be done with intention, light pressure, and proper tools. My method is focused on safety first, aesthetics second.

Sometimes, but not always. If your nails are extremely compromised, they may not be strong enough for gel services. We can, however, keep the cuticles clean and do IBX treatments to help them restore and repair.

I invest in the oldest gel products on the market: Bio Sculpture. These products are only available to licensed professionals who have been certified for safe use by Bio Sculpture themselves.

(That's why most nail techs I've talked to about it don't carry or have any experience with Bio Sculpture: because they told me they don't like that they have to do a formal training to be allowed to buy it. That's the very reason I love it! Bio Sculpture won't even let professionals buy it unless they've been trained in how to use the product line safely... in order to keep YOU safe!)

Bio Sculpture has been around 31 years and formulates all the products to meet and often exceed E.U. safety standards (which are far more stringent than in the U.S.).

Bio Sculpture products are low reactivity, non-toxic, vegan, cruelty-free, long-lasting and durable. This is my favorite product line I have ever used.

For hard gel applications, I use either Bio Sculpture Apex gel, Contour gel, or Akzentz Hard Gel products.

For polish colors, I use the Bio Sculpture Evo line mostly. I do have other brands with cool colors and glitters... these are not always the safest brands, but you will be informed if any particular color you desire has a lower grade ingredient list so that you can choose what is best for you... with full transparency.

Yes. Each appointment is intentionally spacious and prepared just for you. Storing a card on file helps maintain the integrity of our cancellation policy and respects the time set aside for your service.

No! If you are sick, please let me know right away to reschedule. I want you to rest and recover. As a private studio with limited availability, the cancellation policy may still apply but it is on a case by case basis. I will not service someone with a contagious illness.
